Good questions. Straight answers.

No audio, video or typed text is uploaded.

Is my hardware definitely working if a test passes?

No. A browser shows signals it receives. Intermittent faults, firmware, system shortcuts and application-specific problems may need a separate check.

Do I need to allow my camera or microphone?

Only for those specific tests, after you press Start. Other tests do not request those permissions. Stop ends the active stream.

Where are my results kept?

Only your selected observations and timestamps are saved in this browser, for 24 hours. Recordings remain in memory and are discarded when you leave.
